Is it me or has Sayth been busy updating the website?  There seems to be more models on the Squat pages (although still lacking a Colossus) and the images bar on the chaos / ork seem to have been updated as well.

So he has! I like the updated look of the Ork and Chaos sections. I presume he'll be doing that for the other sections.

Yup, still no pic of a Colossus, but in his defense I think he only has pics of minis he actually owns/owned.

May favorite pic is the one of the Land Train. :D

I wish he would allow us to add photos. I asked him about a year and a half ago, but he seemed reluctant so I backed off.

He is missing some that I had and would love to send him for the database.

Hi Dafrca,

I offered him photos too... didn't want them AND...

I'm one of the ONLY owners of the ultra-rare UK Gamesday metal Stompas from 1990 or so.

However, I will say that I have spoken to Sayeth on a number of occasions and think very well of him. Everyone has to do their own thing... his call. I respect it.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

So does that mean we can not provide A++ Quality Photos?  ???

A good purpose build Macro lens and a tripod will do the trick provided that you know how to set some proper lighting as well.

I can understand why he prefers to snap the pics himself though. The unit descriptions in NetEpic gold has pics of each type unit but is is really difficult to get proper coherency in the coloring, lighting and shot angles wen the pics are snapped by different people under different conditions.

Oh I understand his issues, I just felt sad that he would rather have a bunch of obvious holes (large wide ranging holes) then have photos and replace them as he finds the minis and does so over time.

I am not saying he is not a fine fellow in any way!

I think it was nice he built the site and I think it is great he has offered the use to use.

I just offerd help and he did not want it. That is it. Nothing negative at all.
