L4 is in Ohio. I think there is at least one player in the Chicago area.

Chicago has a decent sized Epic group.  My two regular opponents moved down from there.  I have no idea how to contact the Chicago guys, though.

The two guys from Detroit listed in the players index are both active.  I couldn't schedule a game with either one when I was up there last but they were both playing semi-regularly and were interested.

I believe there are more players in OH than just L4.  IIRC, Columbus has a couple that used to post regularly.
