Hi,
Some of you will know me from the EA forums, particularly the Tau forums. But as well as playing EA my group also play a game called Battlesystem (an old TSR D&D spin-off).
We had a large battle last weekend. With seven (yes 7!) players and over 50 units involved.
We use WFB figures mainly, and I have borrowed some ideas for unit names from there and other places.
This battle picked up from an old D&D campaign with some of the players reprising the characters from years ago (some of the characters are over 15 years old!).
Anyway I thought I would share this with the folks here, if you enjoy it then thanks for reading.

Thanks dafrca, Primarch & Mojarn Piett.
It is a highly modified version of 2nd edition Battlesystem. We've been making modifications for the last couple of years as the original game a) wasn't very well balanced and b) has no army lists. If anyone has ever played Battlesystem I'd be happy to share the lists, drop me a pm. If you haven't played Battlesystem its a bit like warhammer except combat tends to be a lot more bloody (rather than most kills being down to running down fleeing troops).
