Hi all, so, down with a rotten cold and runing a fever for the second time in 2006, which means I resort to Bruno Bozzetto for a morale boost. Who's he? An Italian cartoonist and satirist. He manages to do just about anything with very simple figures on screen - take a look here: Bozzetto The ones about traffic and Italy and the EU are terrific - and they fit IMPRESSIVELY WELL to Malta as well! We are neighbours, after all... I was relieved by the aeroplane landing scene - the embarassing outcome was something I thought only the Maltese did! Not all links on the site worked, but there a several which do. be warned, he's satirical, and is tough on society. |

Thanks V - I like to see stuff like this from other parts of the world. I liked the male/female one in particular He doesnt spark off international riots like his Danish counterparts does he? ![]() ![]() |

Not quite! He's more likely to spark off roarsof laughter than outrage. And he also usually targets his own society. ![]() |

I still think the "bureaucracy" and "traffic" parts in the "Italians vs. Europeans" animation are from Finland. ![]() ![]() |
