Hi! I see over at the Tau Online forums at http://forums.tauonline.org/index.php there is a section where Halo fans (and presumably fans of other games) are looking at using existing game systems to represent other armed forces - for example, I raised the idea of a Halo-themed game based on the Epic system (I'm a fan of the game, but not too much, it was more to try and stir interest among the existing Halo to 40K gamers there...) So, is/should there be a section of EpiComms - or GothiComms, for that matter - for people to put up their own ideas for games set in different universes (Iron Kingdoms, Halo, Starship Troopers et al) using either EpicA or BFG rules? I'm mad, i know. Gary |

Yes it woudl be nice to see a set of mods like that here somewhere. I'd like to see someone do a WW2 set using the EA engine as well. |

An excellent suggestion. Right now, this kind of crossover - going both ways (the 'Epic Engine' for other backgrounds, and the Epic background for other games systems) should probably be put with the 'Warhead' discussion, in the 'Epic Rules' > 'Other Epic and Titan Games' section. If this proves popular, we can take it from there. Thanks. |

Hi! That sounds like a reasonable idea. ![]() Primarch |
