Hi!
If you ever played this game you're in for great news:
The source for the game was released in 2002 and the people at this website http://sc2.sourceforge.net/ have made a version that's playing well on new computers!
So take a trip back to 1992 and play a great game!

Sorry but this is the first time I have ever heard of this game. 
Not that it means it is not a great game, just that I never heard of it.
