Post subject:  Away for a bit....
I will be off in the wilds of Lincolnshire and Northumberland next week- visiting family, kiteboarding on some lovely big beaches and other exciting things... :p
I might check in from time to time, but if not, have fun while I'm away... :;):

This means I won't be able to update the IG diary for a bit- but never fear... I have a game lined up while I'm away, so they will be travelling with me! I'll take a few paints too (I'd like the artillery and Chimeras done by the game).. so lots of pics to look forward to when I get back!

Sounds like good fun Storm but remember to keep those painting skills up to date. I'm putting you on a diet of at least one painted Epic miniature per day :p  :;):

Well... as you may have noticed, I'm back... :cool:

           **What I Did On My Holidays**

Much fun was had~ I did my usual trawl round second hand bookshops and picked up a load of bargains, bought some clothes, finally tracked down a copy of Fantic mag #3, painted most of the 7 Chimeras, went to a wild celidh dance, visited Holy Island and a few other historical places....
Didn't get the Epic game, but played an introductory game of BFG instead- a simple cruiser clash (with 8 curisers aside) ...good fun.
A very nice chap called James really liked my epic minis, and he said he had a few sprues and a titan he would give me next time I'm up there! -a great bonus! :D
The kiting was fantastic (I now want to live in Northumberland by the beach!)....
I also got an ace new desk lamp as a present, which is cool.

I might post a couple of pics in my briefcase a bit later as well! :)
