Anything for the Squats? No, unfortunately. Possibly a short technically minded and bearded henchman in Alienhunters, though ? BUT NOT DEFINATE! (At this point the seminar had lasted 48 minutes without the Squats being mentioned - Ed)

Any chance of Demiurg in 40k, as well as BFG? Possibly (see above - Ed)

Will there be any work done on the Adeptus Mechanicus? Looking at it for the future, but not for a couple of years. Enginseers and Inq henchmen as pilots for a new Ad Mech range, to gauge interest.

that sounds interesting enough. FW are doing some serious work for epic.  I do hope that those knights are released, I for one am not as good as Tuffskull with conversions!!  I didnt see anything on characters for epic though.

Forge World - Work In Progress:

Epic Grey Knight Terminators

And they're SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Gorgeous.....

Sorry, I've been waiting for this to become "public". Will sent me a pic a while back (& no I cant post it) which has rather blown away any concept of the Tau being "High detail".

These things have the runes around the top rim of their leg armour for christs sakes......

Oh, and in case anyone wondered, seeing that pic also put a full stop to my Epic Grey knights - It just isnt worth it since Will saw them & went 10 times better ..... that git's so depressing sometimes.... :{

Paul,

I wouldnt worry so much, dont forget you dont get paid for it and you do pretty well as it is.

We all know that Will has magic fingers and bionic eyes

Would be great to see them though, they are my favourite from the 40k stuff.  If the knights do get released it would be nice to see the epic version of the FW dreadnought get done.  That was another model I couldnt help but buy.  The U.S. conversion that was in a leaflet L4 had sent me was also something I couldnt resist!

Besides, didnt you say that FW work in 9-Ups? Anyone* could do that. You work at 6mm!

* The term 'anyone' obviously does not refer to the poster of this message, who is not even very good at paper airplanes.

Dark-One,

The U.S. conversion that was in a leaflet L4 had sent me was also something I couldnt resist!

What is this US conversion you are talking about?

Shalom,

maksim:  I think it was a troll mag. The model of a grey knight dreadnought conversion for 40k was in there using different bits. That was before FW brought out their own model.  It wasnt to do with epic if thats what you were trying to find out.

Yes, with each US W/D issue, the US Trolls send a little 4-6 page black & white pamphlet with modeling ideas and catalogue highlights, parts #, etc.   It is a very useful addition to W/D.  I remember Darkone ordering the Dread parts ... :;):

No, unfortunately it was the Epic plastics that were done with larger scale masters.

All the forgeworld stuff (& I think the new metals as wel but may be wrong) is done at "True" size - we have no excuses.. he is the master!

Hehe.. Mr Hayes' work is indeed stunning...

Is it possible (or at all easy) to scale down masters for metal or resin production? -I know the 40k scale vehicle kits are scaled down with a pantograph machine onto the steel dies, iirc, but obviously you couldnt do this with the vulcanised rubber for metals- can anyone more clued up elaborate?  ???
