The book is in preflight at the printers and will be shipping to us shortly. We are prepping the orders so they may leave as soon as they arrive. Please review your payment and shipping information to make certain nothing has changed.   We appreciate your support and hope you will find our efforts well worth the wait. Looks like I'll be occupied for quite some time.
