Hi!
Oh trust me when I say if I could figure a way to pay my bills and keep my family in a house and play all day I'd do it right away.
I just have not found many well paid professional gamer openings

The only time I came close to this ideal was when I retailed. I played, painted and sold stuff, it was fun. But crushing reality comes on you when you figure out how much you make clean in a year and how long it will take you at that pace to fulfill many other of life's necessities (house, school for kids, etc) then you realize another line of work may be necessary to pay the bills.
Perhaps that lucky lotto ticket is the key....

Perhaps that lucky lotto ticket is the key.... | I looked into buying a store once. I ran the numbers and even if I was nuts enough to not carry the basic insurance etc. I could not see how I could run the store and make any money. Looked like the store was a break even proposition.
I did want to do it so much though.
