Hi!

I guess I learned two things:

1) My life is not worth living since I pursue gratification and laziness.

2) I have more in common with cows than I thought.

MOOOO! ;)

That's not what you should have taken from it at all! Creativity is what we all do here!

Hi!

Correction, YOU (and many others like you on these forums) create.

Primarch's only skill is to have chosen a career that pays extremely well and pay others to "Create" for him.... ;)

Of course you could counter that doing that is in of itself "creative", and I would be hard pressed to argue against that. :P

I'd also suggest all the input you've had in creating the netepic rules counts too Primarch!

Hi!

Nah, I just coordinate, push it forward and make sure people's input gets in.

You'd be surprised on how little of my own ideas are in it.

Come to think of it, besides volunteering to coordinate it, there's not much else I've added creatively speaking.

I didn't even come up with the name of "net epic". :P :D

Of course I did create the Heresy game rules, so I am not bereft of creative moments. ;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence Markconz, very much appreciated! :)

I'd agree wholeheartedly with this idea, even though I never tried the reputed to be wonderful game. And another set comes to mind with the name of Heresy, if I recall correctly.

I must investigate further into this philosophical thing you guys speak of, though

Hi!

Ruleset creation is the one thing I DO enjoy. Had I the time I would create endless game systems for any genre.

There is a certain something that game theory and mechanics appeals to me greatly.

I even have a fantasy RPG primer somewhere that I add dribs and drabs to from time to time. :)

I do think its high time I revisit Heresy though. It needs some attention and updating. ;D

Actually, all it means is that you follow the alternative school of thought, and are really Epicurean... which is actually really appropriate!

A great philosopher once said "Do, or do not. There is no try."

But then he also said; "Around the survivors a perimeter create."

So not so great after all.

Actually, Chronologically speaking, he said these the other way round, so over the years smarter got he. ;D
