I see that Full Control Games have released Space Hulk on the iPad now, I've been watching its development for some time and it looks very promising. At £6.99 that's more than our average app, so is it worth it? |

No idea, I haven't played computer games for many years. Space Hulk the board game is very good though, I've been playing it recently with Frogbear. |

I've took the hit (£6.99) and bought the game. First thing I noticed was it it 1.2 gig, so I had to make space to install. Once there tho it was well worth the cost (financial/memory). Looks/sounds great, plays like the board game making it easy to pic-up (if you know the game), if has handy help screens to keep you informed on the gameplay. There are plenty of options such as genesteeler skins, flag designer. Different game modes (on and offline) and additional missions can be purchased to add some longevity. I'm enjoying it. If anyone's online let me know and we can play online. |

I bought both the PC (well, Mac) game from Steam and the iPad app. The desktop game started out very buggy but has got progressively better as they've released patches (having said that, it still has a habit of just hanging at the start of the 'Stealer's turn every now and then. I guess the AI can't handle my strategery). I tried out the iPad version on my ageing iPad 2 - the graphics were pretty much as good as the desktop game (if not a little better), but the thing crashed almost straight away, and kept on crashing. I haven't tried it since. |

My only gripe (which I kinda saw coming) is there are only four missions on the single player game before you have to start paying for the extras (3). I haven't tried online yet or hotseat ( not sure what that is). |

I bought the boargame when it was 1st released and all the following games. I've played all the computer games and think of myself as a SP veteran  .Ipad version is awesome and well worth the money. If you love space hulk like me you will enjoy this version. The boardgame level was a bit too easy but there are other modes to play 10/10 |
