Yesterday we had 2999 members, the total has been snailing up for months. Today we have 3059 at time of posting. More members is always good but why the sudden avalanche of new people, was everyone hoping to get to be the 3000th joiner or something ![]() |

Check out the members list and sort it by join date. The vast majority have gibberish names. Many that don't have... unusual ones. |

GoldDiablo3GoldiN160 is a fine name! Slap some brackets and assorted unnecessary punctuation around it and any any FPS player would be proud of the alias. … that or they want to sell D3 gold ![]() |

I also noticed the sudden increase in the number of members. I suspect that almost all of them are spammers. |

I have changed the registration process at an attempt in flood control. However, looking at these new accounts, they appear to come from a variety of IP addresses, and the signatures and home pages are not spammed with web site addresses. Until someone actually posts to confirm it, or doesnt post for months, its difficult to do anything and judge them. |

As far as I am aware, this is now resolved. |
