I dont even.....

What do you get when you cross bubblegum J-Pop, with hardcore speed heavy metal?

You get... Baby Metal!

This has been on constant repeat on my work computer for about a week and a half now!

My nephew brought this to my attention about a fortnight ago. It's nuts... But strangely better than most stuff I see on the rock music channels these days. At least this sounds a bit different to everything else out there!

I can't bring myself to watch it again, the chorus was stuck in my head for days!!!

I really enjoy babymetal when their videos do the rounds on facebook, some of their other stuff is pretty good too, but this one is absolutely brilliant, catchy and well choreographed. But as brilliant as they are, they are just the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the genius that is J-music...

This one even appeared in a recent Simpsons episode, its nice to see a complete nutter that doesn't rely on nipple slips and twerking to be a complete nut job!

Oh and there's this bit of surreal awesomeness (esp around the 4 minute mark when it becomes a slasher film)

I love too many cooks. Haven't seen it in ages.

If you like weird stuff that builds up(although it may be tame by today's standards) try Look around you:

Skip the first minute if you get bored easily.

The latter episodes get better and better IMO. The first tries to be too subtle.

interesting video out of Syria. Several views of a battle in the streets of Jobar between several 72s and infantry. The tank views are especially interesting to watch.

Time to necro this thread (again)
How about some tunes from The Avalances to start things off wit? One of the best experimental trip-hop/plunder beats duos out there. I'm sure this video is basically what Lawrence Welk would see if he dropped acid.

When I was at Uni I used to hear that song played as the intro to the comedy nights. Usually only heard a bit of the beginning or the first half or so. Really interesting to see and hear the whole thing. Especially seeing it for the first time. Is all their stuff like that?
