I placed an order with Forgeworld coming close to three-month mark now -- I made a small Epic Tau order, and my Broadsides only came with six railguns instead of the necessary twelve.  I heard back from them Nov. 11 apologizing, but haven't heard anything since, nor received anything.

Would someone in the UK be willing to help me out and give Forgeworld a ring and see what the deal is?  I know it's Christmas season, but this was well before the Christmas rush, and they've ignored all e-mails since.

If anyone is willing to help, PM me, and I'll PM you the necessary order information.

Thanks very much in advance,

Tony

Hi,
FW are not answering emails ever.
Only by phone, and from my experience they have fantastic customer service.
I'm not in the UK though, but I phoned international :).
Eyal.

I literally wrote them a letter and put it in the mail !  They responded within days !  E-mailing is a waste of time. And since I live in the US I had some of my UK boys call'm for me .... But the letter seemed to work !   :agree: Plus a call or two from the UK Boys ...  But with calling, sometimes it's hard even for the UK Blokes to get thru F/W ...  hope that helps ..

Yep I'll echo the rest of the guys. FW has great customer service over the phone, but emailing them is a waste of time altogether.

Yup what the guys above said. This year it took about 4 months for all my stuff to arrive. Arrived in two separate batches several months apart.

Thanks for the suggestions guys -- I liked the idea of sending a letter, so I had started writing a letter to send to them, because I've already spent enough for these guys.

I forgot to send the letter out yesterday, and lo and behold, when I came home, I got a package from Forgeworld with the replacement railguns, and a couple broken Broadside suits as a "bonus" or something.
