This is seriously crazy. Over 50 tyranid BFG ships I bought not long ago and put 'safely' somewhere... I've just spent over an hour looking through mountains of wargaming boxes and other places and not a sign of them!?   Anyone else had this sorta problem?

Not that bad. But I'm unsure where most of my Man O'War has gone. And when I brought forth my Squats I managed to dump some between the wall and oil tank. |

Yes that has happened to me. Two days later, when I was calm I realized the figures I was looking for were in one of the boxes I had already searched. As I became frustrated I had missed them on the first pass. I say just let your mind calm and rethink the places it could be. You will find them.  Daniel |

Always. Whenever I look for something related to models it's bound to remain unfound - I regrettably use up any sense of organization at work. Worst case was the little plastic box of drill bits for my hand drill. It remained lost for a couple of years before turning up in a box of paints. As for larger stuff, well, I have lost a completed model of the Cruiser Aurora in reasonable large scale, around 30cm long, and I just cannot find it...

Constantly. I have various piles of stuff at different locations. Usually, I decide that I want a specific unit... cant find it... pick up a replacement on eBay... old stuff discovered before the eBay haul arrives.  On the flip side, I also find stuff I never knew I had when looking for stuff that I can no longer find. |

I agree with dafrca. You are either too tired and/or too upset to find/look for them. Try again later when you've had a break or even next morning. You know they are there and so you will find them eventually. This happens to me constantly when I'm tired. Almost sleep moding and putting things down that I can't find seconds later. Good Luck. |

Happens to me, too. What often works for me is stop to looking for the item and it mysteriously appears on its own. |

just last week i lost my Leopard disc and i needed it to reinstall my ibook befor cristmas hollyday found it 4 days later (2 days two spare) |
