About the only Necron concept sketches that I have seen are for the early Monolith and the Warbarque.

Considering the only additional non-infantry Necron designs are the Pylon by Forge World, and the buildings from Dawn of War, there seems to be a dearth of Necron stuff. I'm trying to get a better feeling for the Necron idiom.

Does anybody have any good stuff to link or post here?

mostly whats in the codex and on forgeworld is all that has been done for necrons. To my knowledge there are no other unit types beyond the odd ctan that isn't actually represented on the table. I ran into this same problem with a mod for DOW I worked on a while back, we wanted to add to the necrons, but there simply wasn't anything to add.

There really isn't that much out there, sketch wise. There's the dawn of war stuff, the warbarque, the deathbarque/war altar and the pylon.

Background wise there are mentions of the missing c'tan and very vague mentions of a spider-like war engine called a tomb stalker, though no official artwork of it exists.
