Ropecon was held this weekend and managed to get rather lucky find as far as epic goes. There I'm walking in kaubamaja(name of marketplace during that event) when I see at the corner of my eyes something that looks very much like Imperator titan. Since I have been looking at warmonger titan for a long time I took closer look and found to my dissapointment it was just one-armed imperator without plasma arm.

Anyway since there was old epic models I took closer look. And sure enough there was familiar looking big metal lump there. Could that be? Yes! Unpainted capitalis imperial! Never painted and with plastic tracks so I could be sure it was genuine!

Wohoo! Needless to say I picked that one up(20€) ASAP. There was also hellebore but I was bit stretched for money so I left that there and good thing too since Hena has been looking at that and upon hearing that was there ran there at full speed(apart from couple of "Look Jervis Johnson" attempts to grab the CI from my arms   ). Who knows what he would have done if I had bought both of them myself   .

Now I need to paint this beaty. Are there rules(unofficial ones since I know there's no official rules) for it anywhere? Rulebook says to use leviathan's stats but I figure they aren't quite the same in reality.

There are stats for it in the Epic rulebook are there not? Based on the original playtest stats from the Guard list IIANM.

Rulebook has just mention that new model is coming and meanwhile use leviathan's stats. Pre-EA it wasn't 1=1 rulewise with leviathan was it?

I don't think that it was. Odd, I thought it was the CI that had stats in the rulebook.

I wonder if anyone has the playtest stats at all. I think that they were posted in one of the topics here (in response to a question by me IIRC) so do a search and they might pop up.
