They are definitively on the 1st Chaos sprue.

No, those are the Steeds. The Fiends have large tails and a protruding head on an elongated neck.

There were Epic versions no? Or am I high?

You occasionally see them come up on ebay. May want to just keep an eye out. If I find any I'll keep you in mind.

Good idea.

I was thinking in terms of gamers being able to buy them. Even Juggernaughts show up on eBay in incredible numbers but if the Fiends were metal then they are going to be fairly rare.
