Hello,
I'm French, living in Paris and I have a serious opportunity to go to work in Minneapolis by the end of the year.
So I was wondering if it is worth the deal to carry a ton (or so) of plastic and lead of various games, mainly epic and WH Battle.
Will I find easily a group of gamers ? I don't fear that for Battle, but epic is more problematic. I can still bring my 4 armies and convert some guys on site, but it would be easier if I hadn't to... Where should I go to, on the web, to find out?

The Minneapolis / Saint Paul area has a stong gaming community, having several nice gaming stores with an active WH & 40K following. Epic, unfortunately not so much. I haven't come across others playing Epic in stores other than when I run something.
The group I game with typically gets together at one of our houses for games rather than in stores. It's just easier for transportation, no closing time, can have some beer, etc. But we have been planning to bring our Epic games to the new store in the area because several people have expressed an interest in Epic. So the circle of Epic players may grow. Who knows?
But if you end up in Minneapolis and don't feel like hauling your Epic stuff along, I'm sure we could arrange some Epic gaming. I have several armies and don't mind people using them.
