I thought that you guys would enjoy this picture.

When I went to uni, I had to leave most of my mini stuff with my parents... and then proceeded to continue buying it. Now that I am (mostly) an adult, I am slowly transporting them to my home. I didnt take this box with me this time, but will shortly move them home.

This box is mostly the result of a store sale (when GW actually had them). Epic40K was pretty much unsupported at the time, and so blister packs were one pound each - no matter what they contained. I picked up so many Thunderhawks!  :;):

By the way, this box is five levels of blisters deep, and is around eighty five percent Eldar.

Brings to mind the scene in 'Life of Brian' where he gets thrown in the dungeon with that bloke who's been chained up:

"you lucky, lucky b*****d."

:p :;):  :D

Wanna sell a Thunderhawk? I'll give ya 2 pounds for it (100% mark-up)!
(would actually be interested if you are open to the idea of a more realistic price)

Good haul mate. Must've been a very pleasant suprise indeed.

Steve.

That's is a beautiful site though...  my cousin did the same thing with the 'nids when E40k was going out.

The thing is, this is just one of the boxes!  :confuse:  I have a shopping bag of the blisters that wouldnt fit in the box! Then there are the sprues. I never realised just how much stuff I had. I am IMMORTAL!  :blues:

Sorry, I dont want to set up any sales or trades at this point. This box is still currently in storage, and until I go through and work out what to keep, I dont want to promise anything.

I will, obviously, let people know when I have made up an inventory.

Thanks.

CS how many thunderhawks do you have (worrying I may not be thunderhawk king anymore!). If you need spare weapons, fins and landing gear I have lots.

At this point, Chris, I am not sure. I am sure that I have around 6 of them. I will pick them up next time and let you know.

I love finding stuff that I forgot about. Unfortunately for me it's never this much.  :D
