Survived another year intact... keeping busy still...

A local gamer passed away so that's sad...

My workmates were nice though... decorated my cubicle with streamers and balloons.

My roommate and I went out yesterday and I'll visit my parents, sister ?& husband, nephews and niece tonight.

I miss Epicomms, but have been otherwise been keeping very busy... getting alot of hobby projects worked on... wrote about them here:

Hi Guys,

Last weekend was a good?

My friend,  Kimbo, and I took a road trip down to Endgame in Oakland, which is the ?center of the universe? as far gaming goes? shelves after shelves of board games, card games, miniatures games, dice and everything calculated to make a gamer happy. Kimbo?s a great guy and he made the trip a good one as much as Endgame did. I ran into the EBAG guys there and said hi to Mark (Missed Warwick who was out at lunch). They were playing a variety of games including Napoleonics, WHFB, D&D Collectible Minis and gladiator (Hoc Habet) games.

M/S... Did you get my e-mails?

No problem, I know you are busy! And according to Overstock.com, your, Dan and my copy of H/S VOL.2 should be shipped today!

Now H/S Handbook pt.2 should hit the States in a few weeks... :) ?

It's going to be a Slammer Birthday (50th) for me, and Christmas for us! :D

But my sister got a 6 mega-p camera, so I've already took some test shots! Wow, can see detail, I can't see with the naked eye!!!

Life is still rolling along for me! LOL :)

I have too many projects as the moment:

- 28mm Dollar Tree Ninjas
- 28mm WHFB Undead Pirates
- 10mm ASQL Sci-fi
- 6mm E-A Jopalli and others...
- 6mm DBA / HOTT
- 6mm Nappies
- 6mm Starfighters

Although right now, my major project has been:

- Dating a life-size (Bigger than 54mm!) woman...

We had a nice date yesterday for her birthday... took a drive down to the Napa wine country... Ate a big meal and just whiled the day away.

That's the most expensive and time-consuming one...

Sometimes I miss just getting a little superglue on my fingers... LOL :)

Meanwhile my mates back in Sacto, did a little DBA & HOTT miniatures gaming:

Joe B, Joe R, ****, Jarrod, Keith and Keith, Tony, and Jarrod's nephew (?) David showed up at our alternate site for a couple of games.

While Joe R set up the HOTT battle, **** and Joe B battled for control of Rome.

The main event was Joe R and **** squaring off against Jarrod for a two on two army fight. ****'s dogs sacrificed themselves while Joe crossed the river and won the war of attrition. Jarrod manfully pressed his artillery heavy force forward, and managed to kill three units through fire (Doubled up two). The highlights were **** killing
one of Jarrod's heros in a mano-a-dogo battle, and Jarrod shooting ****'s wolfen hero down with his egg-shooting chicken artillery. The fight went back and forth before being decided by army losses.

While Kimbo and some other gaming friends got together at A-1 for some board gaming...

And Kevin E. yet another batch of gaming friends got together at Great Escape Games also for mostly board gaming...

And I haven't been around Epicomms much because my work now has it blocked (all sites with a game identifier) and I haven't been spending that much time at home on the Internet... seem to be at the gym or out quite a bit lately.

I also got another promotion at work.
