Why isn't a Harry Potter Boardgame an option?

I think he has done a great job on Man O War 2. A complete revision of rules , ships and templates and produced new balanced fleets , new race specific magic and paper ships. He is currently working on Chaos. Fleets include Nehekharan, High Elf, Dwarven, Orc, Imperial, Undead, Skaven, Dark Elf and Bretonnian although not all are posted on the site. The link i provided in an earlier post will take you to a public domain . Access the playable version folder and all rules , templates, magic cards and paper ships are there. Unfortunately the Yahoo group seems keen to keep the old Man O War without much change. I am hoping the creator will post all his fleets. Really worth a look.

I'm guessing there's more to be done on the LOTR front, given recent movement on filming The Hobbit (and resolution of various legal disputes). But this might be 2011's mystery box.
