i ordered some from italy store where its at...?1, 20 exactly....no jokes!

Do you live there? How did you order them? They only list Italy in their online shop.

I ordered them in 2 ways, 2 times...1st direct online order to me (in Rome) , 2nd batch is arriving to my local independent stockist, or better, independant store does blood bowl orders for the shop and orders my epic stuff with it...so i dont pay postage usually...i wait till they do an order (monthly)

Italy is gd priced..just ordered 100 sprues for myself and all the others who ordered through me...

Hello,
 Just a warning.  I recently purchased an item that GW listed at $0.00.  A few days later i notived my account was charged 10.00 for the miniature and another 9.00 for postage.  I immediatly contacted GW to file a complaint and they basically told me that the price was wrong.  I said that the invoive they sent me clearly indicated the item was free, and all they did was tell me that they have the ability to change the price whenever they want.  I have since filed complaints with the BBB as well as a dispute with my credit card.

They can change the price, but you should be charged the price when you ordered...

I've always been charged when the stuff was ready to ship. Very annoying as I had once ordered a large batch of BFG weapon spures. Both Imperial and Chaos spures were listed at ?1. However I was charged ?3 for all the Chaos spures. I didn't mind so much the actual price change as the fact that they didn't contact me to tell the prices were wrong but simply billed my credit card the extra amount.

The way I see it ( and the way Danish law is AFAIK) the invoice is a legally binding contract between seller and buyer specifying exactly what the buyer wil recieve and how much he is going to pay for it. If the seller has goods listed at a wong price he is obliged to sell it at that price. I got a cheap Mobile phone that way once :D
