Took the plunge for some of the masters brush cleaner so we'll see if that counteracts my whole "you're holding it wrong" brush issues

You won't be disappointed with it's cleaning ability. I'm not sure about hooking, though non of my brushes do it, so maybe it works on that too.

I still get hooking with it. That said, I don't use it very often, only after i've got a problem with a brush! So it might solve hooking if used in advance. I'm still using the pot of masters brush cleaner i got 10 years ago during GCSEs …
