And the city has informed me that my fence between the ?Public Space? and my pool is not high enough and must be brought to code. Both are going to be costs to me that are quite large. The two issues came up on the same day but, thank God, are not connected. The Van needs lots of work or to be replaced, the fence just needs some work. Things will be tight for a while, but it will be OK! OK. I was getting used to our friendship being a close one and then, all of a sudden, you were replying to posts here at Epicomms and passing my posts on your thread and my PMs to you over. Abruptly not hearing from you did strike me as something being wrong. I thought it might have been with me, but it turns out to have been with work and home stress. I had no way of knowing this because I wasn't hearing from you at all. I was cut off.

The worst part of it was how much I missed your friendship.
