I guess the dream I had recently wasn't so weird after all. I dreamt that one of our esteemed members (and family) visited me at home.

Quote (Justiniel @ 16 June 2006 (00:25)) | Dreams are great fun, you can suggest meanings 'til the cows come home. | Yes, and some times I just do not even try to assign a meaning. Just let the dream stand as it is.

Quote (dafrca @ 22 May 2006 (18:04)) | Sunday afternoon, it was time for the two year old to have his nap. He got his bottle and walked over to me. He handed me the bottle and told me to "go to sleep papa".
So I did, we had a two hour nap together.
I think the kids are the hardest thing I have ever done, but the most rewarding.
dafrca | ...I've only joined this forum maybe 2 weeks ago at the most... first off sorry to hear bout your loss (just started reading this thread). I came upon this one,it reminded me of the times I had with my daughter-seems like yesterday, but I know its been years. She's 14 now,I've raised her myself since she was 3. Years ago I got into painting WH40K. I gave her all the Citadel paints and a crap brush to use. I gave her those gretchens that you get with the game box,to have at it. She did an amazing good job. I got stupid ,though. She came to me a few times later "Daddy,I want to paint".I came up with just about every reason not to! Don't know maybe it was all the stress of work, finding someone to watch her EVERY day when I had to go to work, the job-Don't know, doesn't matter. The fact is she didn't paint after that... This week was terror at work, and I was absoloutely a terrorist when I got home. terrorist and teenagers don't really mix, especially when the terrorist is your father. I would give anything to hear her say "Daddy ,I want to paint" this time I know what the answer would be...

Good think we have the memories.

If you have never sat and watched Power Rangers with a two year old boy, might I suggest it.
I was having more fun watching his face then watching the show. It was a show unto itself.

Changed my Avitar. Found this photo and just could not resist for a while using it. Do not know who it belongs to, so if it is copywritten, I am not trying to steal it. I admit it is not mine.

Quote (dafrca @ 17 June 2006 (23:16)) | As for me having a Vanvalk Orininal in my 15mm collection, well I think that would be cool. Maybe we need to discuss what/where/when/how (I already know the why, because I like your work ? ) off line. | You always find people who like weird stuff.... Have mailed you.
