I was in the ROK for 22 months with a US Mech Bn ... I know about Asia females ... but I won't say anymore ... you lucky "dawg" ! ? And on the other hand, TRC ... you have my condolences ... married to a female and she does not appreciate your hobby ... or at least be ambivalent ?... they are the most evil, vile, repugnant creatures in the Universe ! ?But don't get me started !!!

Well she is also a workaholic genius, she it not all bad, she just can't sake the feeling that I could be doing something productive (though I have convinced playing silly bugges with daughter is productive :) ).

Well, TRC, you beat me.
But then, I was trying to count up my epic stuff and decided it would be easier to get on the Warmaster stuff first.
169 blisters of Warmaster stuff later I can finally get to my Epic.

I actually got married. She later said if I had revealed wargaming habits early on in relationship I would have been dead in water.

I avoiding wargaming whilst concentrating on my masters, wait, hang on....

Snap, and all my gaming stuff has been relegated to the workshop.

However its big enough for a gaming table so play-on.

A couple of days ago I won an ebay auction for 6 Lancers. Those were the last knights I needed to be able to field at least one household of everything. (sorry if I beat you to them, Enderel)

Hey DS,

I've already got a lancer house hold. :p Managed to get a really nicely painted set of 7 from a nice chap in Italy.  Ironically I'd bought some of his other knights from another seller on ebay so I've got about 14 all painted the same now..

Still looking for 3 Errants though!

As for my boast, I'll go for the fact that on Monday I had two games of 40k (the shock and horror of it!) and soundly beat my mentor both times, once getting a nice little victory through a shock tactic, the other time completely destroying his forces with only 7 casualties!

I find Rocket Science easy, but that is not my profession.

I have flown an F-15E (for a little while).

I like this thread! ?Though some of the confessions - sorry, brags :;): - are a bit on the disturbing side... especially Blackhorizons... :O

What can I brag about?

Well, this morning I recieved a box of Exodus Wars miniatures

The other night, we finished watching Series Two of Battlestar Galactica: I have officially converted my Fiancee and her daughter in to addicts of this programme as both said they simply cannot wait as long as August for Series Three to be released on DVD (it's showing on tv at the mo, but it's half way through... gotta see how they resolve the ending of Series Two!). ?Mwah-ha-ha-ha-haah! My plan worked!

Oh, my woman doesn't mind if I go and spend a couple of hours painting miniatures. ?Sorry Chris & Tim! ?I think she'd rather I was a gaming-geek than going off and sharking after other women...

Har har...
(It isn't a bad one.)

My wife has no problems with my hobby. Sometimes she is very proud at me on a model I painted (Flame of Asuryan is her favourite BFG model, LotR mini's).

Yeah, she even bought me a 1500 BFG Eldar fleet two years ago!

Bragging enough?

Good to hear, Enderel. Good luck on the Errants. For some reason Errants are really hard to find. You might have better luck getting your hands on the AT era Paladin that are good proxies.

Another boast: I've seen Rush in concert 7 times.

I was able to sneak a THOUSAND dollars in Epic purchases (Ebay, SG, and FW) in past my wife while we were between homes. ?Last night I brazenly unpacked everything into my new gaming/hobby area of the basement and she looked at it quizzically-
"Did you have all that in storage?" she asked.
"No, I ordered a bunch of stuff without you noticing" I responded sarcastically. ?
"Yeah, like that'll happen" she said and went back upstairs.
