(I almost emailed WD, but they dont accept any contact except mail... surprise).

I have the email address of UK WD's editor... could probably get the US editor's with a little trouble too...

Still, it wouldn't do any good, we all know email is ignored unless it's printed out and put in an envelope (GW, like many big organizations, looks down sharply at email, but respects a good old fashioned letter).

Clan eshin train under them, or at least a breakaway fraction of their monks.

The Eshin trained (surprise) in Nippon. Personally I find the idea of rat ninjas... well, only the Ogre ninja is worse in my book. ?:glare:

I'm sure skavenslayer mentioned Cathay.  Also the skaven armybook (a much more reliable source than BL) says they learnt from the cultures of Inja, Cathay and Nippon).

Besides what is wrong with my ninja rats?  Better than ninja turtles  :D

Good grief. The author IS referring to Golden Demon entries, to be fair, but this limitation to creativity and over-sensitivity to its extents is, to me appalling.

Ok, not long enough for a rant, not quite a tirade even. but - for once - I AM angry.

Good grief, what's next? Insisting that Golden Deamon entries have been painted with Citadel paint only?

Huh.. Everything were better in years ago (Yeah, I sound like an old dwarf)... No, but many things were better and especially WD were much more interesting in 90s.
This GD thing sounds very bad and it loses lots of is' feeling.
Soon even bases must be made of GW flock/sand... :)
What's next?

And there is nothing wrong with rat ninjas...

Well, it is "their" hobby after all.  I think that's was rubs me the wrong way most about GW.  That they insist on refering to it as their hobby like nobody else makes miniatures.
