I had ordered a bunch of eldar, and recieved it this morning, but a blister of Dire Avengers & Fire Dragons were missing, Ive sent them a notification of this through a reply of the order confirmation email I recieved upon ordering them. Havent got a reply yet.
Has anyone else experienced this and will GW send me this blister free of charge do you think?
Thanks

I have never had a problem with the US online store. At ruffley $7,000,000 per a blister you would think they get it right.

GW is admitted to being slow on responding to emails. I have contacted them by phone and gotten immediate and excellent responses, however. I had a blister come up short by one half of a War Walker and they sent me a new blister for it (no charge). Call them and you will have a different take on their customer service.

That is a problem I have heard coming up before, but I can't say I have ever heard of a solution. Another way you can try to catch their attention is to send the same email about 20 times in a row. I've done that to other companies that don't seem to notice my emails and it seems to catch their attention. Be sure to explain that you have tried to contact them before and that your conversational English is not all that great.
