Is that really an Epic model? It really doesn't look like anything I've seen in the GW line before? Seems to have attracted a fair bit of interest though.

Is it a Battlefleet Gothic model?

It was originally designed as a Space Fleet piece. It was never officially released, but apparently, someone used the mould to cast it, and it was sold through the US online archive service as an Epic Space Marine Dropship.

So, depending on how you look at it, it's either SpaceFleet or Epic.

Thanks for the heads up, Chris! :)  I'll keep an eye on this; I've never seen anything like this on eBay, I'll never be able to justify getting it at the price it'll go for though... :D

YEah, that's the dropship alright. I know L4 got one. I did consider buying one b ack when the archives were still open. It was expensive as well (Much more than it's current price on Ebay) so I decided not to. However now I wish I had got one as I suspect this auction will go pretty high.

Not really that bad a price when you consider the cost of CIs and Hellbores sometimes reach. Of course it is still nowhere near the price of Prototype Warlord Titans :D
