Can anyone tell me the manufacturer for the pices in this auction?

The description doesn't say and I don't recall ever seeing them.

Is this a trick question, Neal?

There is a label at the top of the page with the name of the company, and you can search for that company name and find their websight.

That's just their eBay store name.  The store links back to the auction.  There is no external website according to a Google search.

Weird. It does lok a bit like someones handy work with a 3d printer tough (Judging by the 3d drawings included in the auction)

At first I thought the 'layering' on the bottom part was evidence of a 3D layer-type printer, but the upper parts are smooth.

While the concept is interesting, the picture reminds me of a pen for mecha-cows.

They're from Xmarx, they've been around for a little under a year I think.

They used to be running a deal that got you free terrain if you painted one up and sent them pictures, not sure if that's still in effect.

Either way, I think a lot of their pieces are pretty nice.  The walls are definitely new and very cool.

Yeah, I've already checked.  The walls aren't available from their site.  Neither are a couple of other pieces they have listed on auction.

To that end they would serve as great terrain for a fun scenario involving a stampede of "squiggoths"...

Squiggoth Roundup?

The girder panels look like they came from a model railroad or Imex Platformer set.

In case anyone is interested, I received the following response from Xmarx regarding the dimensions of the pieces:
The length of a side is 4 5/8 inches on from the outside of each base. The height is 3/4 of an inch. I can make as many of these as you want. My only restriction is time.

That means one set gives a little under 500mm of total wall length, which is length of a fortification purchase for Siege IG.  At $6 per set, that's pretty competitive with nearly every other source I've found for similar kinds of models.

Neil, have you confirmed that price? ?When he sells them from his site, it's going to be for $6 a set, right?  That's not just the auction starting price?
