Well, Forgeworld messed up my order... Again.
I never got my first order (which they replaced no questions asked) but when I got the replacement they sent the wrong Kroot package.
After emailing them three times I've given up.
Anyone happen to have an extra pack of Kroot Ox / Kroot Hounds in exhange for Kroot Warriors?
Swap it out evenly.
Or I'd be willing to buy it from somebody. PM or post here.

yes yes, use the telephone, there e-mail is screwy. i got some miscasts and they never answered my e-mails. but they always replace everything when i talk to an actual human person.

I feel weird about the whole thing since this will be the SECOND time I am calling on an order that I placed back in July. Now it is a month since the replacement order came and when I call on this I am sure they are going to be thinking, "Yeah right!" (but in a British accent).
It would just be easier to trade them with somebody...

That's not the right way to think about it at all!
You're a consumer, they screwed up, they owe you the product you paid for.
You're in the right.
And what can they honestly do... think badly about you? (I assure you they won't, they know that their mail service screws things up all the time).

OK, I called them... And their sending my Kroot Ox and Kroot Hounds. 
So I don't need to trade.
