Just a thought, but to avoid competiton between members of EpiComms on eBay, should wehave a list of member's eBay ID's, so that you know, or can check, if someone from here is bidding on an Epic lot you were considering? |

There is a previous post somewhere that gives various alias names, for the record mine is Justiniel, same as here. |

Also for the record, I'm staying away from ebay completely - not enough time or $ in hand. |

Well, I go by CyberSammael. But, there was a discussion about this a while ago and it was generally agreed that we should not show special treatment to other forum members, otherwise an 'outsider' simply snipes at the last minute and no-one gets it. |

I am somewhere between giving special treatment and not. If it is an item I really want I am going to bid, but if it is just a "nice to have" and I realize another member is going for it I will hold off. dafrca Edit: I hate spelling errors. ![]() |

lu.le. is my ebay account. I also sometime refrain from bidding if I notice someone from here is already bidding. Depends on how badly I want the item. We could still coordinate and split, though, since except for obvious rarities, ebay sports a massive amount of Epic auctions and thus everything is bound to appear sooner rather than later; thus the possibility of reaching an agreement is good. |

I was about to say almost exactly the same thing. If it is something that I am not 100% that I want and I see someone from EpiComms has bid then I won't bid. Cheers James |

I also don't bid if I recognise the name, even on stuff I would like....I'm a real believer in 'what goes around comes around' so it rarely bothers me. ![]() |

We must also remember that if we back off and the other person does not "fight" for it, we must be willing to not be mad when it goes for less then we were willing to pay for it. dafrca |

Perhaps a communication email would be in order there, to see exactly what they are willing to pay. Discussion is always usefull. my 2cents, iblisdrax |
