Hi all
I am on the hunt for epic 40k era knights. After geting bashed on Ebay attempting to win auctions i am turning to the faithful for trades or purchase. on offer in trade are FW Epic Grey knights. yes you are redaing correctly, I am willing to trade unpainted, unbased FW Grey Knights for Knights. I have a good collection, the better part of a company in Power Armour, 1-2 Detachments in Terminator Armour, Dreads and Land Raiders.
As far as knights go I am after variants, Castellan, Barons, Errants and the like. Even the odd Paladin is Ok. i am not after the original type, just the epic 40k era release.
Cheers CAL ? ? ? ?
Edit An Inventory
Grey Knights in Power Armour x 100 Grey Knight Terminators x 40 Grey Knight Dreadnaughts x 4 Grey Knight Land Raiders x 8

Good Luck CAL!
It is hard to get what you want on ebay when it is something others are looking for as well.

Are those the same as the ones around when TL came out, or more recent? I think I have some arms and things from the TL era.

The TL2 release in the mid 90's. With the Imperator and the Mega Gargants.

OK, one more question: were the variants just weapon variations using the plastic knight body? I have 2 quake cannon looking things, 2 gatling cannon and one flame thrower type thing. I also have the entire allotment of the TL box set's paladins, most still on the sprues.

They came as a whole model, a chasis with two weapons. Each look a little different, the heavy support are more bulky, while the CC types are thin.

Just a nitpick: what you're looking for are the SM/TL era knights. Epic 40k never had any knight release; they were just available due to the archive service still being in operation (and being actively promoted in the Epic magazine... probably because they had a lot of leftovers to sell).
For anyone wondering which models we are speaking of, may I suggest downloading the Imperial Hardware book which will dissipate any doubt
I may have a few spares left around; not everything you're looking for, unfortunately, but maybe I can be of some help. I'll let you know, but you'll need a little patience as I doubt I can do anything before the weekend.

Cal, I have a bunch of the plastic Paladins if you're interested.

OK, I'll look harder for the knight bodies. Either they are in another box or the parts I have were given to me for my bits box. If the latter then you can have them gratis, if you want them. Anything chaos would be a good trade from my perspective. The GK are not as appealing to me.

Let me know how you go finding the bodies, although I think that trading some Chaos Chosen for the weapons is far.

I have concluded that I definitely do not have the knight bodies. I do have ten plastic paladins, nine on the sprues + one primed but not glued. Plus the five weapon arms. PM me if you are interested.
ps. I also offered some chaos SM era decals to you in another thread, are you interested in those?

Well it seems I wasn't dreadming after all and my search for knights is now complete. I would like to thank all those great people who offered me trades and a special thanks to those I am trading with. They will look rather different in the future as they are corrupted by the warp on their journey to join the Legio Mortis.
Cheers CAL
