Thats odd. Worked for me when I just tested it. Wonder if its a browser issue? I might also take this moment to add that there are some additional bitz and minis in almost all the auctions that weren't listed since I found some more figs once I finsihed taking photos. So the infantry auctions have about two more boxed Ork Warbands in it and the Gargants have a few guns and an additional head etc. |

Try going to eBay first. I have noticed somethimes when people post links and they are on the UK eBay (for example) it seems like I have issues. But if I open eBay and then use the link, it seems to not have problems. I hope that made sense.  dafrca |

Yep even last moment snipers. If you want something, bid your maximum. If someone gets it at the last moment, they were willing to pay more then you were. It is really that simple. Look at my last win, in the last few seconds someone bid it up quite a bit. Oh well, not as much as I was willing to pay though. Sniper denied.  dafrca |

That really is my philosophy as well. I do a breakdown. How much is this worth, can I get it elsewhere, how often is this available, etc. I get quite a few good deals. When there are a bunch of auctions of the same thing I figure out how much I'm willing to pay and how much I can afford to spend and divide by the latter then bid on that many of the auctions. I usually only win a few but make out well enough, having gotten some pretty sweet deals. |

Yes, sometimes it does happen. My other favorite is when two snipers hit on the same auction and it goes crazy in the last two seconds and they do not have time to withdraw. About a month ago, I was watching an auction of 15mm WWII Americans. The price was about $80 until the last few seconds. It jumped to over $300. Two bids were entered a second apart. I laughed so hard. The auction was not worth more then about $125 or so based on the last few I saw close. I am sure the top bid thought he was being smart. dafrca |

Hmmm... I would dearly love to get my paws on those Gargants, but I have a hunch that batch will be out of my reach before too long. |
