That's a nice looking horde too.  If only I wasn't already overflowing with Orks......

Good luck.

You might have better luck (and might actually make more) if you pieced it out into smaller lots.  I'd love to have those buggies, wartracks, and scorchas, but I don't need all that infantry or battlewagons.  Still, hopefully someone will snap it up!  Good luck!

I agree with Javelin, most of the full army lots I see never sell for what their real worth is. But if broken up into some logical parts, they sell for more.

In fact I have bought armies and resold them weeks later for major profits.

What I try to do is break it down to playable formations first. Then I make sure I say what formation it is and that it is playable as it is. Once I do as many playable formations, I then take the rest and create one or more (depending on volume remaining) "extras" auctions. I try and keep these down around the $5 USD starting point.

Hope that makes sense.

Nice collection there and a decent price as well. I'd be tempted if I didn't have just as many orks myself already :D :p :;):

If you're in ot for the profits then yes: splitting up stuff is probably going to make more money. However there's always the risk of ending up with a load of common stuff nobody wants to buy.

Now that makes sence. Hmm, i think i will let it be up for the period and if noone buys it i break it down.  I have the simmilar thing with a very large warhammer army too. I can break that one into two armies probably.  hmm hmm.. *pondering*

What I have found if I take the "left overs" and make them nice sized lots with a reasonable starting bid, they sell too.

People see a good price and will buy the basic stuff, as long as it is reasonable.

Yes, this is true with 40k, Epic, Warhammer Fantasy, or any other army based game. Start with playable formations.

Wehn I sold a 40k Eldar army for a friend I put together a lot of "Basic" sized formations/squads. He was asking $400 for his whole army, I ended up with slightly over $620 after eBay and Paypal fees. Had he put it up as an army I think he would not have gotten the $400.

Just my experiance so far.

Hi!

Had you sold this 4 years ago, I would have easily taken it off your hands.... :)

I agree with the others that smaller lots, just infantry, vehicles and the titans separately, will give you more cash.
