Hey guys... Played epic years ago but never got into the IG figures. Now with EA out I want to! The new plastics just don't have much variety. I'm looking for the psykers, catachans, comms troopers, loaders and plastic heavy weapons. I'm also under the impression there was a Valhallan box of plastics. I'd like those too! The old style IG infantry would be fine as well. For trade I have mountains of Space Marine plastics. Some Ork plastics. Lots of non-epic Marine and Tyranid stuff as well. For buying I have more money than is good for me! Name your price! Thanks! JQ |

Let's work together then! Find something we can't afford and split it or something. I mostly want a couple of new command figures and some catachans. There are a couple of sealed boxes of IG stuff on ebay but I am not sure what the actual contents are(he lists contents but they don't seem right). They look like the Valhallan boxes to me. |

There certainly are 2 boxes on e-bay.And someone not a millionmiles away is bidding on them  I might be able to sort some old guard inf,but catchans are high on my list for the light inf units that I use. Cheers. |

They are coming up in dribs and drabs on e-bay at the moment. The prices are through the roof,up to ?10 a sprue or more  Don't build your army around them or you will go broke! Problem is for us PBI guys is that you can spend a fortune on nice inf just to see them zapped by everybody. Catchans make Tau look cheap  Cheers and good hunting. |

I've been waiting for a cheque from Inquisitor A for a few weeks for 165 Catachans. I'll give him a month, but if he doesnt get back to me & you guys are still looking, I'll try & remember to post here  One moment - ?10 a sprue!?!?!?!? Sounds like a good time to show my mercenary side... *Goes hunting for piles of sprues he'ssure he left somewhere....*

Greetings all - This may be your lucky day, guys! I've given my pile of Epic projects a hard look-over and decided that it's time to cull. After some soul-searching, I've decided that I'm going to sell off (or perhaps trade-off ) my IG! This includes quite a bit of E-40k-era plastics and also some old-school plastic. I'm currently counting and bagging-up my stocks. I may turn to you folks for help with figuring out just *what* a particular figure *is* (is that little dude with his hands in his pockets a "Comm-trooper"? etc...) Can anyone direct me to a URL that shows the various infantry from the old sprues with a guide to what they're called? Seems if I recall such a site... I'm hoping to get some PayPal funds for my stuff...and am interested in getting some Ork stuff, hopefully in 'raw' form (unprimed, unpainted). My 'dream-scenario' is that one of you guys will want to take the whole pile off my hands... as I'd rather be assembling infantry stands...  Anyways, I'm making this post just as a 'heads up!' - I'll post with actual quantities later on today. I've had successful dealings and tradings with a few folks on these lists before and can provide other refs should anyone be concerned. More soon!  Larry |

For ID'ing, have a look at: www.epicollector.com - that should help out. And, I could very well be interested in a load of what you have... When you have a list (or pictures), just let me know. Is the stuff on sprue, assembled, etc? EDIT: I just checked out the site, and there are no trooper pictures on it. Anyway, the guy with his hands in his pockets is a gunner. What else do you have? |
