So anyone know where I can get hold of some plastic missiles for epic? Missiles is something I hate to make and need something like the missiles that mount on the Gorkanaut's. Anyone got any suggestions? |

I have no spares, but a couple suggestions come to mind: 40k bitz - like a crack (krak?) missile or something similar. Stuff made for man/orc/xenos portability may be big enough for your needs. Shapeways - lots of different scales of real-world missiles on there. I bought a Pershing 1A for my cold war stuff, for example. |

There was a not-airfix-but-like-that-kind-of-thing aricraft carrier floating around on these forums waaaay back a few years ago that came with hundreds of teeny tiny missiles and guns. A couple of them might be very handy- I have kept a look out in the shops over the years but never seen the exact same one I saw here. If I can remember the thread I will post it, but it was a long time ago now. All I remember is that it was an aircraft carrier, the box had full art work, and it was an epic ork thread. I have vague recollection that the kit was of Japanese make (but that is a hazy thought) Someone with a better brain than mine might recall the thread in the meantime. If you find something else suitable then please report back- I too need a butt-ton of missiles for my own orky scratch builds- my stompa has stood unfinished for years because of this! I thought about making my own- tub of plastic and green stuff nose but I don't think I could get them too look right. Edit: I dont quite English well this time of the morn! ![]() |
