When Raiders first published I wanted to have an army that would be 100% Games-Workshop, kit-busted, or scratch-built. While I fell a bit shy of that goal, I did manage to get quite the collection together. Ultimately I had to bring in some other units from Dark Realm Miniatures, but I was still pleased with the result.
The Raiders Necron Army is going up for sale... A portion of it anyway.
30 Necron Warriors - these are the original Chaos Androids from way back when
5 Necron Warrior with Lord - as above, but with DRM dudes standing in as Lords
7 Immortals - DRM Andrayadas
6 Pariahs - DRM Andrayada kitbusted with big blades
3 Flayed Ones - Warmaster ghosts kitbusted
12 Obelisks - custom built
6 Tomb Spyders - made from 40K Scarabs and other bits
12 Destroyers - 40K Scarabs with DRM minis and other pieces
4 Heavy Destroyers - 40K Scarabs with DRM minis and other pieces
2 Destroyers with Lord- 40K Scarabs with DRM minis and other pieces
7 Monoliths (4 of one, 3 of another) - three of these were scratch-built by Corey back in the day
2 Pylons - scratch built
There are some pieces like the Warbarque, Orb, Abattoir, C'tan, and Wraiths that I'll be holding onto. The rest are going up for sale. I'd prefer to give them up in a lot but if need be they can parceled out.

Now with two kids it is totally unrealistic time commitment for the foreseeable future to invest in scratch building too much. I personally would want a slightly larger force in one go complete with everything I'd need to field a few different list variations (Modular Not So Messy 'Crons to steal a title from MoK).
