Me again!

Alongside selling the mint plastic infantry (see other thread) I'm also selling my Epic imperial Guard army - The Desert Ferrin.

These guys were painted in a brown desert scheme as part of one of the first epic painting diaries ever to take place on these forums - back when they were part of Epic40K.com.

I will happilly admit they're not up the my display work standard you may have seen in the epic books or various webstores, but they're painted to a reasonable gaming standard.

I'm taking new photos tomorrow, and will be listing them on ebay by tomorrow night but thought I'd give you guys a brief look in first.

The army consists of:
SM2 era models:
10 Leman russ (9 plus command tank)
9 Manticore
3 Stormhammer
1 Leviathan
3 bombard
3 Shadowsword
E40K era models:
8 Sentinel
3 Leman Russ Demolishers
24 regular infantry stands
8 Heavy infantry stands
2 command stands
6 Commissar stands
Forgeworld mdoels:
2 Marauder Bombers
2 Lightning fighters
16 chimera
3 salamanders
3 Trojan
3 Bombards (maybe medusa models - cant rememeber of find catalogue!)
3 Basilisk
3 Hydra
3 Leman Russ Destroyer Tank hunters
Other models
3 Heavy tansports (maybe GZG?)
6 light transports mounted 2 to a base (modern vehicles, unknown manufacturer).

As for prices, I am once again unsure whether to list as an army or individually. Make me an offer if you're interested & we'll see what we can sort out :)

They're just somewhat dated, but since my camera batteries all appear to be dead (as in the last one, newly charged, lasted for 3 photos...) I'll upload a couple to give an idea here anyway...

The models may have been used in one game since these were taken, but have basically lived in a cabinet here or at various shops, so they're in good condition still :)

I'm afraid I'm not interested in trading for more models - I need the money and the space, or I wouldn't be selling at all!

Erik - I used the OGRE as a leviathan, but as note the pictures are very old - I replaced it with an actual leviathan a few years ago & sold the OGRE.

I'm not sure.
I'd like to get £2 a vehicle & £1/stand for them, but not sure if thats feasible either way. It comes to a total of around £230 for the army.

I've actually sold it once previously on ebay as a complete army, for £300, but the buyer disappeared before paying so I had the excuse to keep it a few more years  :devil:

Thats the problem with selling stuff you're vaguely sentimental about - part of you always hopes it wont sell, which isn't exactly constructive....  :down:  :upside:

Well its certainly worth that, hell to buy new it would cost at least that much!
Still wargamers are tight so and so's :) No idea if individually is a better bet, the problem there is the ebay 'cost's are reported to be very high now.
