Post subject:  Lot including 100 Chaos Androids on eBay
Item # 170336003263 on eBay ("Epic 40k old spikey stuff large lot") includes, among many other chaos goodies,
100 Androids.  Bidding is at $51 now, and closes May 30.

Not for (or from) me, but I know many of you are Android-crazy.

Isn't this the third relisting, each time a little cheaper? I love the item description "These go for a lot!!"... no, no apparently they don't.

If they are going for $51 for 100, that is a lot.  That is 51 cents per model, or $2.50 per stand.

I've paid less than that and a lot more, but the price seems to teeter around $2.50.

There's a lot of other stuff in the lot, though admittedly nothing particularly rare.

It's not just the androids - there are about 700 Chaos troops of various types along with rhinos, land raiders and Slaanesh knights. This time around the auction might be worth it if you need the majority of the figs* - and this time there are actually bids on it. The first time I saw it the starting bid was $100... the seller very well could have made more than that if he was wise enough to split it into lots. The problem then of course is a lot of the less desirable figures don't sell or sell for next to nothing.




* Does anyone really need 70 steeds of Slaanesh and nearly 100 minotaurs/trolls?
