Post subject:  Necron bits to trade

I have a series of DRM minis that I was going to use as the basis for a Necron force. I won't be doing them and its pointless to keep them around.

These are all based on Epic/Warmaster bases. Warriors on Epic bases and the Immortals and Pariahs on Warmaster bases.

There are three units of Warriors with Lords, seven stands of Immortals and six Pariahs.

I also have a pile of Scarabs and DRM Heavy Weapon troops to use as Destroyers as well as two of Mosc's Warbarques.

Also included are some DRm vehicle bitz I was going to use to build some Necron vehicles.

I have some additional DRM minis but Mosc is getting those. PM me your address again so I can mail these to you now that I finally found them :-)

Looking for:

Gargants
Stompas
Ork Super Heavies
LoTR minis (Isengard, Mordor and Rohan)

Which ones were you using as Pariah proxies, and how hard would it be to get them off the bases do you think?

The Immortals are the Vangaurd and the Pariahs are the Alpha Command miniatures

I don't imagine that it would be difficult to pop them from the WM bases. They have been attached using CI glue and they are very sturdy metal figs.

Do you have a price on the lot.

I am definately interested in:
1. Scarabs as well as
2. Andrayadas Infantry Phalanx minis.

Could you get prices on these as well?

Thanks

I could send you an E:A Gunfortress and a SM2 Giblet Grinder for 18 stands of the standard Andys on Epic bases and 10 Scarabs?

Like the E:A minis but I've never liked the old SM era Ork vehicles.

Warbarque is as it was shipped so ask Mosc ;-)

Not sure what "deal" you are referring to but its international shipping... so whatever "deal" that is for you usually.

No

Ideally I'd like to just trade the entire lot for something.

I'll try to think of some prices but realistically unless you want a lot of stuff shipping from Canada is going to kill you.

Ok, so there is no "deal?" ...I was sure L4 had been having trouble with costs of shipping from Canada in General.

However, what would you be looking for, for the two Warbarque's? Just what type of Stompas, Gargants, Ork Superheavies and how many?

He did but he appears to be a bit of a tightwad.

Mostly interested in the new Stompas and Super Heavies. Toss four of them my way and they are yours.

Yes, L4 is a tight wad.  :) That's why he can afford so many models.  :))

I would need to order these from GW.

Currently Gunfortress and/or Battlefortress are both £11.75
Mekboy Stompa Mob £29.35 (Minus the cost of one Mekboy Supa Stompa which I would keep)

That's roughly £30+ and without post and packing figured in... for resin (albeit nice models)... that cost you?.. Ok, they are rare...ish (until someone else does a re-do) but I could always fall back to plan A and make my own. They wouldn't be as good but wouldn't cost either. I would still like to trade for these but you haven't thrilled me yet, sorry PG.

...but I'm still listening.  :;):

I would like a price on

8 stands of the Andrayadas
20 scarabs

Then I could consider the postage   :)

I built the Warbarques from scratch - it was molded and cast in Smooth-On white resin.  It was one of my first scratch-builts so there are issues with the model; the angle of the back plate isn't square and the plates aren't perfectly aligned with each other.  These are small details but they annoyed me enough to want to build a new Warbarque (which I haven't done yet).
With all that said, the mold no longer exists for the Warbarque so you could call it a collector's item. :)) If you want to see what it looks like, look in the Raiders book in the modeling section.  The only difference is there are no landing gear on PG's models (he didn't want them).
