Yes, it is in the Codex Titanicus on the Imperial Ref Sheet. It's called the Thunderbolt. And there are rules for landing it. Reminds me of a WWII glider landing ... The stats are there too ... Plasma Cannon (Tt), and (I can't make it out on my sheet but IIRC), Heavy Bolter SwL, SwR ...  Carry 8 stands or equivalent, 1 Powerfield, DR2 ...

IIRC, the Pegasus is a huge imperial orbital transport mentioned briefly in some random piece of background fiction.  I don't recall if it had drop capability.  Someone scratchbuilt one a while back... can't recall who, but it might still be in the archives.

Jervis invented a tactical imperial planetfall craft, the Colossus, during playtesting for EA.  It was subsequently cut due to lack of model availability.

YEah. Stormseer made the Pegasus as an entry in the open category of EpiComp a few years ago IIRC. Very nice model.

I'm a bit surprised just how small the dropship is (I expected it to be about the same length as a CI), but I'd definitely be interested in a few for my planned Elysian army.

Hatch replacements are unacceptable.

Solution: create replacements using 3D design and rapid prototyping. Projected completion date 1 month from now, but directly impacts Gorgonzola cheese carrier design.

Here's a picture of the replacement hatches that I designed and printed. Then I assembled the dropship and painted it an off-white color. Looks remarkably like resin, doesn't it?

The word "perfect" springs to mind...

(also wasn't Word Perfect the name of an old text program incidentally? Not that is has anything to do with anything)

Here's the top. Lotsa turrets on this thing.

You can see a couple of missing cannons. In an alternate universe, I built this out of slightly miscast pieces.

Looks pretty frakk'n close to me !!  :agree:  Those replacement hatchs are "balls dead on!"    *Note: I reduced the small turrets and replaced them with plastic 1/2 beads, to try and keep with the old SM1 stats ...  8v)  BTW ... my pic is of an original metal Dropship(one of mine!) ... I only posted it to show how close O-man's version is !  :agree:

Stunning!  :O

I take it then that you made a special pink silicone 'carrying tray' for it...?
