For me, it is all relative. When I look at an auction I try and gage what things have sold for in the near past. ?

I don't know if this is still relevant but here you surely get the BioTanks and titans you'll need for a good basic army. Not much infantry I'm afraid but at least it's a start. ...and for ?100 it isn't that bad.
