Every 3rd party retailer I submitted an order through, including Wayland, was unable to fulfill orders and eventually refunded me (aka gave up).

However turns out they will spin these up direct if you badger them direct. After a long wait I was finally able to stockpile enough bases to build 3 armies worth, jic. I figure this knowledge might help someone out...
