Now you've got me worried... :O

The seller has been an ebay member for 8 years though, and he doesn't seem to sell that many GW items.

Oh well, it will be for the good of the Epic community anyway :)

The quality on them was superb....if that's a recast then whoever did them really knows their stuff.

Bidding has been cancelled. To me, it's an error made by the seller.

Too bad - not that I'd have bid higher this time, but it would have been interesting to see if EpiCollector would have won this set too :)

Well, this time the auction was shut down by Ebay for some policy violation, according to the email from Ebay I received.

It makes me wonder if Magnus has gotten his lot yet, and what condition they were in.

Yes, I received the package. Unfortunately it's sitting on one of my desks, still closed...  :vo

I'll take them out for an inspection in the weekend.

Today I had time to have a look at the two recently purchased packages (exodites and the resin gargant).

The gargant came in all around excellent condition. Nice piece for a collection.

As for the exodites, the package had the six figures portrayed in the auction (the three small lizards, the archaeopterix, the tyrannosaurus and the triceratop). I can't really be sure of their originality (short of analyzing the chemical structure in a lab or something to this effect), but the detail is all here, down to the small "GW 1994" text below the tyrannosaurus legs; so if they're recasts, they're freaking good recasts.

All in all, I'm satisfied by the purchase  :agree:
