I'm guessing, like you, that it will be just 'available to order again for a limited time only'. I'm naturally pessimistic !
I really miss GW sales, used to be some great bargins. I know they rationalised their stock procedure to avoid the need for the old style clearouts. However, it would be nice to have a 25% off day or something similar once in a while.

It was GW sale which got me back into Epic, they were selling off Epic at 50% off way back sometime (1998 IIRC) and I went a little bit silly and spent a fair amount of money... and then a couple of years later they did some Epic grab bags and got a load more stuff (and a lot of it still needs painting).
Bring back the sales!

My favourite sale was 'any Epic blister for ?1'. I spent over ?60, including a load (5-7) of Thunderhawks and Revanants. Almost all of which are still sealed in the packs waiting for liberation!

hmmm
quick check of the official Epic Armageddon forum
I have also been scratching at my credit card in anticipation of this (assuming that this is the real and final all there is left last sale of Epic items, again). |
and I guess you might be going to buy some of the new releases come the end of the year....
Cyber
instead of spending money on new models, paint them, or even pay someone (in models perhaps) to paint them
throws arms up
looks in cupboard under stairs at box of unpainted Epic miniatures
hmm
I'll get my coat

Oh, yes. I know the theory! I would guess that I will never need to buy anything Epic for EA again. But I am sure that I will!
I know, I cant help it... My name is CyberShadow... I am an Epic addict.
Dont look at me like that... You are all the same!
Seriously, I will only be getting some Ork Wagons this week. I am trying to restrain myself.
