All great figures except the fliers. Wings fit poorly and are hard work to glue |

Some 6mm Quar, finished one force a while ago and started on the other army and just did the flyers. still need to finsh the other army but back to 40k stuff for a while.. Artillery    flyers with upper torsos cut off infantry and added  airfield with repair section  New infantry basing colour as I added green as the grey was to much also custom made my medics with stretchers !   Scenery and armour    Raised trench system made from matchsticks   Other Quar army test pieces, infantry cut and glued also added hatch  New army work in progress !  Bit like marmalade these minatures you either love them or hate them, these are the first 6mm stuff I have painted and converted other than 40k 6mm and I enjoyed them, you can mix stuff from baccus such as artillery, I think they have character and I enjoy converting these little fellows! Will get back to them when I finish my 40k and 30k ! Everybody needs to show the Quar some love at some point  Regards epic |

jimmyzimms wrote: That trench system is especially well done Cheers, Just did not want dug in trenches and something easy to move around so did these, only matchsticks so plentifull supply,easy to make and cheap to produce  without the hassle of tunnelling out gaming boardswhich I tried and hated

Awesome! Lots of cool stuff,Love the planes and airfield. Thinking of stealing those trenchworks;-) I'm wondering if some quar might not be just the thing to add to my new VSF project. Thanks for sharing. |

Yes trench works extremely easy to make everybody needs 6mm Quar even if its just to add to the pile of unpainted minis we all have growing I have also found on the net some 10mm sandbag inplacments but not sure what they would scale up like so need to see them in the flesh before getting any  Regards Epic |
