Read it and weep Gents. Although I never bought or planned to buy from these "rebels". I think they did have a place in 6mm SF. Of course hard to deny ... many of their model "designs" ... :-\ Factory closed for now

The Officio explains us that our vehicles produced by our Troll Armory are too similar to the Standard Design Template (SDT) and we should either shut the factory or redesign our vehicles

This fact raised a confusion in our Oficium Managentum. But we shall not step from the path of The Emperor nor we forfeit sacred SDT.
For the time we solve this matter, we closed the gate of Factory and we cover stocked vehicles in our full hangars with dust sheets.

This is a bummer, and here I thought that they were immune to the GW influence being in the Czech republic.
Guess they need to relocate to China or something.

You do seem to be able to still buy from eBay, I have just managed to pick up the stuff I needed, don't know if it will get sent but worth a try whilst the auctions are still running?

Well that is a shame, I thought their weapons teams, especially their jungle ones were good.

They really were foolish using the GW names for their vehicles, doubtless it wasn't long before an actual GW peon in Nottingham found them when searching for things relating to 40k.

If they used forum-ware euphenisms they might have survived a bit longer.

Gah, I really should have ordered those necron barges while I had the chance.

I can't say I'm surprised, didn't it say on their page somewhere that they were exact scaled down copies of the GW model? They can't ignore that.

Yeah, not really surprised - did nothing to hide it and the line about "exact scaled down replicas" was poking the gorilla right in the eye! Let's hope there's a loop hole in Czech law... But as its EU I doubt it.

Well, we all saw that coming.

But still, I really wish that GW wouldn't go after these Epic proxies unless they're going to support the range themselves.

Hard to feel sorry for them when they listen their stuff with the 40k names under direct violation of copyright.
